Yoga is a great way to bring relaxation to the body, mind and spirit. Each aspect of our health is equally important and they all coincide. When the breathe is at ease, the body is at ease; when the mind is relaxed, the spirit is relaxed. Remember true peace comes from within. Each of our yoga sessions provides an opportunity to find the place of inner peace that resides in us all.

Yoga instruction is available in semi-private classes or private instruction for individuals. If you've been hesitant to try yoga because you don't think you're flexible enough, our private instruction is a great place to start.
