By using a gentle 'laying of hands' the energy is moved thru the practitioner to the recipient to enhance the body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki heals the root of the issue, whether its physical, mental, emotional or spiritual; Reiki has an innate intelligence and knows where to go. Reiki brings about a state of deep relaxation, in this space is where healing takes place.

Reiki instruction is offered either at The Vandana Center or in your home for your entire family. Bringing Reiki to your home is a great alternative for those who have difficulty travelling to our location due to impaired
mobility.

If you’ve answered Yes to any of these questions then learning Reiki is for you. No prior experience is needed. Through these Reiki classes, you will be taught how to feel and interpret energy flow, heal energy patterns in yourself and others. A fully illustrated training guide and beautiful certificate is provided with each class.
Intro To Reiki
This Intro to Reiki evening is perfect for you if you're curious about Reiki, but don't really understand what it is or if you want to experience the healing energy before signing up for an entire session. A Reiki Master Teacher will answer your questions and give each person a hand's on experience of what Reiki is and what its potential health benefits are.
Reiki Level I
- This safe, non-invasive, and empowering energy technique can be “learned by anyone. In this enjoyable “hands-on” class you receive the ability to transmit Reiki energy to help heal yourself, your family, friends, pets, and plants.
- Reiki assists the body-mind in realigning and allows healing to take place at the deepest source.
- Feel relaxed, empowered, and a sense of inner peace in this awesome class.
Reiki Level II
- At this advanced level, Reiki works faster and at deeper levels. You learn how to transmit this healing energy over any distance and time, penetrating the space-time barrier.
- You will know how Reiki can be applied to ideas and situations, send Reiki into the future, help heal the past, eliminate unwanted habits and enhance talents. A highly empowered class!

As Reiki practitioners, we often find that we don't have time to honor and support our own healing. Time is split between working with clients and dealing with the practicalities of our daily lives. Come for this evening of healing and enjoy the benefits of relaxation and nurturing your Self.
We'll begin the night by sharing our joys and obtaining insight into our challenges. We'll follow with a short meditation, and then sharing. Each practitioner will get a turn on the table.

Healing Circle
(Ongoing 3rd Thursday of the month)
7:00 pm
Open to healers and those in need of healing. The evening will consist of a short meditation, hands-on-healing for all in attendance. There will also be an opportunity to send prayers and distance healing to your friends and loved ones.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid at least 2 weeks in advance of workshop date. Tuition minus a $35 administrative fee is refundable only with written notice at least 2 weeks before workshop date. Tuition will be refunded within 30 days in the manner it was paid. Tuition paid in full is not refundable within 7 days of workshop date. Tuition and deposit may be applied to future workshops or transferred to another person. (Upon approval of the instructor only, must give at least 7 days notice)
